Customer support: what is actually available
Live chat and email, stated as round-the-clock. No phone number, no public email address, and everything behind a help portal.
Updated 24 September 2026
The operator's own Ontario FAQ states, verbatim, that the team is available 24/7 by means of a live chat facility as well as an email address. That snapshot is dated February 2026.
The channels
Live chat is the primary route and the one to use for anything time-sensitive. Email exists but is routed through the help portal rather than published as an address. There is also a self-serve help centre, and the live-casino product carries in-game chat while you are playing.
What is not published
No public phone number. No public email address. No postal address. All of it sits behind the authenticated help portal. This is common across the sector and is not in itself a problem, but it has a practical consequence: you cannot contact support before you have an account, which is exactly when you might want to ask whether a payment method works or how long a withdrawal takes.
It also means we could not put our own questions to them. Several of the gaps on this site — withdrawal times, which Interac product is live, which player-protection tools exist on the Ontario product — are questions we would have asked if there had been a channel to ask through.
If something goes wrong
Ask the operator in writing for its formal complaints and escalation route. Ontario's regulated market has oversight bodies above the operator, and a registered operator should be able to tell you what its escalation path is. Get that in writing rather than over chat.
Actual response times on either channel, and whether the 24/7 claim holds in practice. We had no account and therefore no way to test it.
