What this is

An independent guide to Ontario's regulated igaming market, currently covering Jackpot City's Ontario casino in detail. We are not an operator, we take no wagers, and we are not affiliated with any brand we write about.

How we score

Six criteria, each out of 5, averaged for the overall figure:

Licensing. Registration verified directly in AGCO's public registry and listed in iGaming Ontario's operator directory. Active, with a stated expiry.
Game library. Breadth is real — slots, RNG tables, live dealer and video bingo, with a dedicated Ontario live-casino section. Four providers named, likely not all.
Banking. The weakest area. No published withdrawal times, a payment page that reads as global rather than Ontario copy, and an Interac product name that appears out of date.
Support. Live chat and email, stated as 24/7 in the operator's own Ontario FAQ. No public phone number or support address — everything routes through the help portal.
Player tools. Ontario operators must provide limits and self-exclusion, and province-wide self-exclusion exists. We could not verify which controls sit on this product specifically.
Transparency. A payout-percentages page exists, which is more than most publish. Against that: no withdrawal times, a licence footer naming a regulator that does not exist, and an issue date that differs across four sources.

Scores move when evidence changes, and the date at the top of each page tells you when it was last checked.

How we research

Registration details are read directly from the AGCO's public registry and iGaming Ontario's operator directory. Product detail comes from the operator's own Ontario pages and its app-store listings.

We do not use other review sites as a source of fact. They repeat each other, and a figure copied four times is not four confirmations. Two supplier names commonly attached to this brand elsewhere appear nowhere on its Ontario site, so they do not appear here either.

The Ontario site geo-blocks visitors outside the province. We did not attempt to evade that. Product detail comes from dated web-archive snapshots, and we say so on the pages it affects. This site needs an in-province spot-check before anyone relies on the product detail.

Anything we cannot confirm is published as unconfirmed, not quietly filled in. Six questions about this operator are currently open and listed on the method page.

Why there are no offers on this site

Ontario's Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming place strict limits on what gambling advertising and marketing material may contain, and those limits bind this site exactly as they bind a registered operator. They are enforced: the AGCO has issued five- and six-figure penalties over advertising wording, and in at least one case penalised an operator for material published by its marketing affiliates.

So this site reports the product. Who holds the registration, what the library contains, how the banking works, what protections exist. We think that is the more useful guide anyway.

How we make money

Some outbound links are affiliate links, and we may receive a commission if you open an account. It costs you nothing extra and it does not change what we publish. This review scores banking 2 out of 5 and prints three things the operator got wrong; that is what an honest commercial relationship looks like.
